ROYAL MAIL COVID-19 DELAYS, PLEASE READ:
Although we are still sending orders out as quickly as possible, we have become aware that some customers are waiting longer than expected to receive their orders. Even 1st class mail is taking a number of days in some cases. Royal Mail have advised that because of the ongoing Coronavirus Pandemic, they currently have unprecedented staff absence levels due to staff self-isolating and this has understandably impacted some services. Therefore delays are very likely in some areas.
Unless you have heard otherwise (and as long as you have given us the correct delivery address) your order WILL still arrive but there may be a delay. These are exceptional circumstances and unfortunately this is out of our control. Thank you for being patient & understanding.
